Enjoyed our weekend here and would return anytime. The hotel was clean and had exceptional and really good staff on request by pleasant staff. We had coffee and fresh bread in the morning. New-fashioned and compact room, the bathroom was good size. Set near a tram station, it was a plus.

Truly enjoyed staying at the double room. It was quiet with views of the square. The hotel was in a very central location to Wynyard train station.

Had a very nice stay of extra nights, everything was good. Got a double room on level 6 as expected, really enjoyed it. The location was great and near a tram station. We also went to city center, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.
The hotel staff was not that friendly.

The location was great and fantastic, relatively close to a heritage - listed 16.2 - hectare urban park. It was placed near a tram station. Coffee and fresh bread provided in the morning.

We loved sleeping 3 nights in this hotel. Accommodation was big size and quaint little with attentive and absolutely courteous stuff on request by pleasant staff. The location was excellant and incredible, close to Wild Life Sydney Zoo.

All in all it was excellent value for money, had a really good stay for a wedding. The location was unbeatable, in the Sydney Central Business district and near a train station. Btw, went to city center, located just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Excellent value for money, considering that everything is very comfortable. You can have slices of fresh bread and cheese with your breakfast if you want to. The employees are reasonably good and highly courteous. It offers good service.

It was trip and we would definitely return here. The service was efficient, that made the hotel nicely appointed and nicely presented place. Easy check-in was a bonus. The location was strategic for walking around Queen Victoria Building.
